2020 Ford EcoSport

The 2020 Ford EcoSport trim levels begin with the S, a decently-equipped model with available all-wheel drive, and most basic amenities desired in a modern car. This base model is turned out in 16-inch alloy wheels. Next up is the SE, with a substantial list of added features, such as LED running lights, foglights, body-colored exterior accents, roof rails, rear privacy glass, and a sunroof. The EcoSport adds Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and it's worth mentioning the 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, which is an excellent feature to find in a car in this price class. The high-definition 4.2-inch or 8-inch touch screen is sharp and sophisticated. Bluetooth, a six- or seven-speaker audio system with two USB ports, satellite radio, and a 110-volt household-style outlet are also great available features. The plush Titanium trim adds a heated steering wheel for those chilly winters, leather upholstery, and a 10-speaker Bang & Olufsen Play premium audio system with HD radio.

Safety begins with Integrated Blind-Spot Mirrors with a smaller, angled mirror contained within each exterior mirror, and optional heated mirrors. Rear View Camera, Blind Spot Information System, and auto-dimming rearview mirror are great features for the safety-conscious consumer. The NHSTA rated Side Crash, Side Barrier, and Combined Side and Pole Ratings with five stars, the highest rating.
