What services are available with Mobile Service?

Our Mobile Service team can perform many services, including: Software Updates/Recalls*, Key Reprogramming/Batteries, Wipers, Top Fluids, Cabin/Engine Air Filters, Batteries, Lamps & Bulbs, Lugnut Replacements, Multi-Point Inspections/Check-Up. *Please note that some recalls will need to be done in our shop.

Are there location requirements to utilize Ford Mobile Service?

Because location conditions can vary by seasonality and distance mileage requirements, please call our Mobile Coordinator for details. 313-766-9010

Can I use Ford Service rebates and offers through Mobile Service?

You sure can — Ford Service rebates and offers are eligible except where expressly excluded. Check with us for terms on any dealer specific offers.

Are mechanics screened and certified?

Yes, Mobile Service technicians are Ford factory-trained and certified.
