Brian Godfrey
President
It's fair to say Brian grew up in the business. He started working in our accounting office during the summers while still in high school and continued working here through college. He attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania as well as the NADA Dealer Academy. He has held many roles from receptionist to service advisor, from sales consultant to marketing manager. In his current role as President he manages the day-to-day operations of Pat Milliken Ford. Brian has a passion for the automobile business, and in particular finding ways to improve the customer sales and service experience. His favorite car is the Ford Mustang GT500.

Peter Battle
General Manager - Customer Service
Peter started at the dealership as a sales porter while he was completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. He immediately fell in love with the business and determined this was the career he wanted. Peter went on to receive his MBA from Wayne State University. He has held numerous jobs at the dealership including management in new and used vehicle sales prior to his current position as General Manager of the Customer Service Division. In this role Peter oversees operations in the Service, Parts and Collision Center departments. In 2023, Peter celebrated 40 years with Pat Milliken Ford!

Kevin Koshkarian

Growing up in a Ford family, his father working for Ford, it was only natural that Kevin would continue to sell Ford vehicles. At an early age he knew he wanted to work in the business. He is very proud of the team at Pat Milliken Ford and loves helping customers have a great experience in buying a new Ford. Kevin enjoys spending is free time up north at the cabin with his family and friends and collecting/driving Ford performance vehicles!

Gerald Kronner

Jerry has been in the automotive industry for over 32 years, more than 10 of them here at Pat Milliken Ford. He is committed to providing “The Experience You Deserve.” Jerry is married for 32 plus years to his wife Andrea. They and their two black labs, Romeo and Juliet, enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities, especially anything to do with being at the lake. They are longtime residents of Dearborn and have a lifetime affiliation to Ford. He says his favorite thing about work is getting to meet new people and having the opportunity to exceed their expectations.

Dean Adams
Sales Manager - New Vehicles
Hello! I'm Dean Adams, a Sales Manager with a passion for helping customers find their perfect vehicle. I have been in the car business since 1998, and throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a salesperson, finance manager, and as a Sales Manager. I live on the lake with my wonderful wife Sara and our two amazing kids, a 16-year-old son and a younger daughter. Summers are best spent golfing, boating and enjoying the water. When I am not working or spending time with family, you can find me hunting, fishing, or snowboarding in the winter. I’m also a big fan of trucks and have a soft spot for my yellow lab, Duke.

Kevin has 30 years of professional automotive sales and management experience. He is committed and dedicated to providing a superior customer experience. As a manager of the Pre-owned Sales Department, he is actively involved in maintaining an extensive inventory of high quality pre-owned vehicles. As a buyer, he is able to find and order vehicles specific to customer needs. He leads a professional sales team that is motivated to find the right pre-owned vehicle for their customer. Kevin is proud of his team and the outstanding service that Pat Milliken provides. "Pat Milliken Ford is a great place to work and do business with!" Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters and animals. Kevin is an avid snowmobiler and boater and loves going to college football games.

Terry Kruse
Lease Manager
Terry Kruse – A graduate of The University of Detroit Jesuit High School (’77) and the University of Michigan (’82) began his career in the car sales in 1988, quickly specializing in the then-new concept of short-term leasing which led to an early elevation into sales management. Hired by Pat Milliken Ford in 1991 with the assignment to help create and build a lease portfolio for the dealership, it took just a few short years before the sales team at Pat Milliken boasted one of the largest such portfolios in the nation; a status still enjoyed today. In between busily raising seven children with his wife Karen, Terry served as a precinct delegate in Sterling Heights, held a parish council seat at his church and managed to earn a third-degree black belt in Choi Kwang-Do. He also competes in U.S Masters swimming and is a former triathlete. Now enjoying a new kind of busy with their grandchildren, Terry and Karen also like to spend time camping in northern Michigan as well as traveling south to Florida and the Caribbean.
