Service:

We are prepared to safely handle your needs during this time, however we ask that you contact us to make an appointment prior to coming in. Our customer lounge is open but still ask that we all respect social distancing where possible.

  • We make it easy to schedule an appointment for service on our website or through the FordPass app.
  • You are welcome to drop the vehicle off with our 24 hour drop-box service located on the north side of the service drive or, pull into our service drive for contactless write up service.
  • When your vehicle is finished you can pay right from your mobile phone with Express Checkout and skip a visit to the cashier.
  • For the time being, for the safety of our employees and customers, we have a limited shuttle service. We will offer loaners as an alternative transportation option whenever possible.
  • For our senior citizen and at-risk customers we will offer pickup and delivery for your service needs.

 

Safety:

In order to protect you and our team members, we have taken the following actions:

  • In our offices, customer lounge and service facilities, we have undertaken additional cleaning and sanitation protocols multiple times per day.
  • We have multiple hand sanitizer stations in the dealership.
  • We will continue to offer free masks to all customers and employees who still want to wear one. 
  • We have encouraged our employees not only to wash their hands often and also to stay home if they feel sick or have a sick family member at home.
