Live Cycle Delight (LCD) offers Pilates, yoga, and indoor cycling classes every day of the week. It was started by Amina Daniels, an avid yogi and cyclist with over six fitness certifications in RYS200. They also stream all their classes via their website, so you can join in wherever you are. LCD’s classes are between 50–60 minutes long. They aim to cater to a wide variety of fitness levels and demographics, offering hip-hop inspired dance classes, barre workouts, body-weight drills, and trap riding sessions. They also offer prenatal yoga for pregnant women and an active aging-friendly total body resistance exercise (TRX) for senior citizens.

Nafas Fitness

Nafas Fitness is a fitness studio in Royal Oak run by Janel Calka-Assaf who is a trained dance instructor with over 17 years of experience. She is also a certified yoga, Tabata, and Zumba trainer. At Nafas Fitness, you can take classes focused on cardiovascular training. They offer a fitness bootcamp that incorporates body weight training with calisthenics and cardio. You can also sign up for the Nafas Circuit, which combines resistance training with strength and cardio drills.
